1. Agreement. By using MonsterModels.live (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is. The Site provides a modeling tool. You supply assumptions; the model computes their arithmetic consequences and displays the result. Every output is a projection derived from inputs you chose. It is not a forecast, not a prediction, and not a statement about what will happen.

3. Not advice. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or asset. The Site makes no recommendations, is not tailored to your circumstances, and does not know your circumstances. No advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship is created by your use of it. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read or compute here.

4. No warranty. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I do not warrant that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, timely, or free of errors, or that any figure it displays or computes is correct.

5. Accuracy and timeliness of data. The Site incorporates data from third parties, including public filings, market data sources, and blockchain data providers. That data may be delayed, incomplete, revised, or wrong, and I do not independently verify all of it. The model's historical data is refreshed on a roughly weekly cadence; that cadence is an intention, not a commitment, and the Site may display stale data without saying so. Date stamps in the navigation bar show when the data and model were last updated.

6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site — whether or not I have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

7. Acceptable use. You may use the Site for your own purposes, personal or commercial. You may not: attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure; use automated means to access the Site at a volume that degrades it for others; or misrepresent the Site's output as the output of any other party. I may rate-limit, restrict, or block access at my discretion, without notice.

8. Intellectual property. The model, the site's code, its text, charts, documentation, and design are mine and are protected by copyright. The parameter values you enter are yours. You may share links, quote figures, and reproduce charts for analysis, commentary, or reporting, with attribution to MonsterModels.live. You may not redistribute the Site's code, republish its documentation wholesale, or present the model as your own work.

9. Third parties. The Site links to and draws data from third-party sources. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices. The Site is an independent project with no affiliation to, endorsement by, or relationship with any company it models.

10. Changes. I may change, suspend or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. I may revise these terms; the revised version takes effect when posted, and the effective date above will change. Your continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Severability. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
